Memorial Day No. 3

Over 11 million gallons of herbicides were sprayed in Vietnam between 1965 and 1971. While my Dad returned home alive from military service in the war, his health was certainly and adversely affected by something later in life as is characteristic of exposure to these chemicals.

I personally feel that similar harmful tactics were put in order by the same institution in the year 2020 again adversely affecting the health of countless human beings.

If I did not believe God is God…

If I did not believe He is sovereign over all His works, and…

If I did not believe that He is not at all surprised by appointments with death as we are…

it would be absolutely impossible to accept His will of losing my Dad on this earth in 2021.

All that to say this… I miss my Dad… and I will see him again. It won’t be long now.
