What is our response?
…to the injustices against Christians in our America?
…to the weariness of busyness?
…to the changes that we don't like?
…to a prodigal loved one?
…to a financial burden beyond our control?
…to the scorner?
…to the beginning of an empty nest?
…to health issues that come to us or to those we love?
We can respond with fear (which Satan desires to paralyze us with), or we can respond with faith in God. Faith is looking forward. God sees beyond our today. This is the only way to live in this world that we are passing through. Let Proverbs 31:25 prompt us to pray, "Lord, give us the strength to live honorably while we are waiting for you to work. We believe that YOU will do YOUR work in YOUR time in YOUR way, and we will 'rejoice in time to come.'" Look unto Jesus! ~Jeri Lynn
